Responsibilities
Develop and enhance automated reporting templates from scratch that communicate KPI &
metrics, trends and deviations in detail which can be consumed by senior stakeholders
Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Sales & Customer Support teams to scope out
requirements. Define and Measure the success KPIs for each project working across functions
Generate insights based on the trends observed in the data, analyzing user behaviour,
conversion data and the customer journeys leading to optimize the user experience
Must Have’s
Strong knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or any other relevant discipline with at least 2-
3 years of relevant experience in analytics
Ability to setup experiments, build and test hypothesis and conclude the result
Understanding Marketing landscape and ability to derive campaign analysis in terms of
campaign performance and channel optimization
Problem solving skills – ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a
solutioning approach
Good to Have
Experience with handling data from the tools like Segment, Branch, Clevertap, Salesforce,
Amplitude/Mixpanel, Bigquery etc.
Understanding about User Behavior/Journeys, Product Events & Flows
