JOB DESCRIPTION

The role


  • Be the reporting lead for multiple stores

  • Develop internal forecasting processes for; sales, promotions, new product launches, campaigns and product categories.

  • Complete ownership of maintaining stock levels and purchasing according to performance across multiple stores.

  • Accurately planning stock purchasing and availability for new product expansion and channel growth including in-store logistics

  • Review and implementation of inventory planning systems and processes

  • Continual monitoring of all stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and maintain SKUs

  • Compile and maintain weekly, monthly reports

  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementation of ideas

  • Plan and manage business stock ordering budgets along with setting budgets and OTB plans

  • Liaise with logistics in stock control and how this can be more efficient.



Skills & Experience 

Strong background as a Data Analyst / Retail Analyst 


  • Experience working in a volume Retail environment

  • Brilliant communication skills both verbal and written

  • Be autonomous and have confidence in your ability 

  • Being able to drive and lead multiple projects

  • Expert level in excel - strong analytical acumen

  • The ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
