About Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be passionate about problem solving, quantitative analytics as well as analytical tools and techniques to impact business performance, goals and metrics. You will work closely with operational teams, planning and excellence, to identify and solve operations and customer experience problems. You will also create analytical frameworks to dashboard voice of customers to stakeholders across the org. You will take initiatives to build hypotheses around operations and CX problem statements and estimate scope and impact of solutions. Additionally, you will conduct analysis – gather data, test hypotheses, deliver tactical statistical solutions, provide final business recommendations while working in collaboration with Product, Data Science, Business and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of core operations, product and technologies within payments
• Owning & providing analytical support to the Operations and Customer Experience vertical of the company
• Work closely with Operations and cross functional teams on critical projects, and independently develop solutions while leveraging the data driven insights to shape immediate operations strategy
• Drive the end-to-end analytics stack on operations and CX problems; from metric definitions to working with engineering teams and CRM application partners to build data schemas and elements to bring out insights
• Work with large, complex data sets to solve day to day evolving business problems and optimize run time to bring quicker & effective results
• Work alongside the engineering and data-science team to produce advanced statistical solutions along with extending help in developing state-of-art scientific solutions
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics from any of the top tier colleges
• Advanced Excel skills with strong skills across Python/R, SQL
• Experience with visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI is an advantage
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with proven analytical background
• Ability to conduct research into visualization of UIs and similar products
• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience working with senior decision makers
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
