Knowledge & Technical Skills:-

•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with hands on experience on data modelling, data mining, data taxonomy 

•    Expert Level hands on knowledge and experience on AI and building Machine Learning models, R, SAS with Python

•    Data Design and Requirements Analysis: Able to apply data design patterns and frameworks and working knowledge of schemas

•    Expert working knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and other office applications with proven, advanced data manipulation skills, SQL coding experience in SQL Server, Oracle or TERADATA.

•    Good understanding of Procurement systems like Celonis, Coupa, ProcessUnity, OneSource etc including any associated system architecture.

•    Knowledge of large data storage and manipulation activities (including ERPs, Databases etc.).

•    Strong knowledge of industry leading Data practices.

•    Good knowledge of data science algorithms and toolsets, with ability to deliver high profile solutions in a fast paced environment.

•    Good experience interacting with senior management and ability to develop business cases, management presentations, reports, strategies etc.

•    Good experience managing and delivering complex business projects with many dependencies in a matrix environment.

•    Strong data driven approach & acumen to derive insights by building up relevant data models

•    Strong knowledge of industry leading data & MI practices including knowledge of leading BI tools (such as Qlikview, Tableau etc.) and awareness of ‘big data’ initiatives including AI & ML.

•    Highly skilled at leading and preparing data led recommendations to stakeholders, advising them on areas of risk and taking responsibility for advising them on solutions and actions
Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in an analytical subject (note: candidates with significant, relevant work / in-role experience without a degree may qualify).

•    Proven Data modelling, AI, ML implementation related experience in a project delivery capacity, specifically within a global business environment and engagement with stakeholders or all levels.

•    Experience dealing with multiple countries, Business Units and Functions with potentially competing agendas, ability to prioritise, push back as appropriate and gain consensus.

•    Proven experience of developing and implementing management reporting driving automation, efficiency and data quality by reducing dependency on manual data inputs and use of authoritative data sources
