Key Responsibilities
Enable data driven actionable insights for Sales/AD & clients to enable growth and retention
Ability to translate structured and non-structured problems into analytical frameworks and experiment with advance techniques to provide solution
Conduct prototyping of insights products and services based on client needs using tools like HIVE, Python, SQL, VBA leveraging descriptive and predictive analytics
Conceptualize and develop scalable client facing insights solutions, including feeding into digital roadmap
Strengthen solution algorithms to make them industry-leading insights products for American Express using internal and external research
Help clients drive the right business outcome through recommendations based on insights as well as help clients measure the impact of the actions taken based on recommendations implemented.
Manage client and stakeholder’s relationship for accounts allocated and flawlessly deliver monthly client reporting and ad-hoc solutions
Partner with technology to put offline products to scalable digital roadmap, manage end to end delivery plan and associated risk. Plan and drive the PI delivery schedule
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives linked to big bets or team strategy, lead or support ongoing projects and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solutions
Provide thought leadership, E2E and strategic perspective in driving initiatives, challenging Status quo, driving innovation and addressing evolving customer’s needs.
Act as a Subject matter expert /domain expert in commercial services industry - Responsible for driving continuous improvements in our insights products as well as creating new products by leveraging expertise.

Experience:
At least 3+years of extensive experience in data & analytics; hands-on programming, data mining/modelling, and Insights dashboards development using large volumes of granular data to deliver analytical solutions with attention to details and accuracy
Expertise in programming tools Python / Hive / SAS / SQL / VBA / Tableau
Knowledge and application of statistical methods
Expertise in end-to-end automation of solutions
Preferred:
Experience in payments, financial sector (any other relevant) industry preferred
Experience in product development / exposure to implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong Client and stakeholder management; Communication skills; Presentation skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
Preference to MBA and Post graduate candidates
