Responsibilities:

• Work closely with leadership in devising strategy for pioneering and implementing advanced analytics methods to identify and solve business problems


• Deliver data science solutions leveraging latest machine learning techniques, including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and selection, model selection, evaluation and cross validation, deployment and professionalisation at scale that drive value


• Research and apply a range of data science methodologies and machine learning models to complex business problems


• Work end to end on data science projects from analytical design to implementation


• Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.


• Manage client and program engagements using governance models


• Communicate results as well as their uncertainty and limitations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Acquire understanding of US Healthcare domain

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics industry


• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline


• Deep knowledge of probability, statistics and machine learning algorithms and be able to determine when to apply them


• In depth knowledge and hands-on computer programming in SQL, Python, R or similar programming language


• Ability to handle and summarize large data sets using SQL/Hive-SQL/Spark SQL


• Familiarity with big data platforms (like Spark, Databricks), machine learning frameworks (like Tensorflow, Keras, MXNet or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, and scikit-learn) and ability to learn new technologies quickly


• Knowledge of Azure, or similar cloud platforms


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity


• Ability to engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.
