About the team
We are seeking a motivated candidate with passion for technology to be a part of Analytics team that develops innovative solutions in telematics, motor and beyond. The team is top notch and lies in the Automotive and Mobility solutions department in the Property and Casualty Reinsurance business. Activities varies from digital signal processing analysis, more advanced AI modelling on time series, model development on tabular data coming from clients and claims analysis through images.
About You
Essentials
PhD in scientific fields + 2 years+ of experience, OR BTech/M Tech with 5 years, but no more than 8 years.
2 or more years of relevant experience in development of machine learning and AI models using computer vision.
Statistical modeling
Hands-on experience in implementation, performance tuning and machine learning model deployment
Experience with scripting languages (Python/R/Matlab)
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Good organizational and time management skills
Nice to have:
Having developed or involved in automobile photo-damage assessment & claims fraud detection use cases, using ML + Computer vision models
Insurance industry experience.
Knowledge of big data tools and framework like Hadoop, Spark etc…
Experience in working for companies with Headqaurtes in other continents
