Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in delivery management and stakeholder communication ensuring timely and quality delivery of analytical solutions


• Engage in business development activities, capability showcase and customer education


• Understand business requirements and convert into analytical solution


• Work with a team of data scientists to deliver to stakeholder requirements using state of the art AI and Machine Learning methodologies


• Work closely with cross capability teams throughout solution development lifecycle from design to implementation & monitoring


• Manage hiring, people development, goal setting, team reviews and R&R activities


• Manage team financials such as customer chargebacks and team budgets


• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.


• 8 – 12 years experience of solving real world business problems leveraging data science tools with at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of data scientists


• Sound working knowledge and experience of AI methodologies along with structured and unstructured data processing


• Good understanding of SQL along with exposure to at least one statistical programming language R/Python


• Proficient in MS Office tools as Excel/PowerPoint/Access


• Understanding & experience of Bigdata techniques such as HDFS, Hive, Spark, MAPRDB etc. 


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Excellent problem-solving & story-telling abilities with analytical mindset


• Excellent interpersonal and team skills


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity


• Ability and willingness to learn on the job

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience on US Healthcare Domain


• Knowledge of cloud
