Experience/Qualifications :-

• 3-5 years experience working in a complex business environment with a heavy focus on analytics


• Ability to sift through large amounts of data, perform statistical analysis, identify critical information, and develop actionable solution options


• Ability to communicate technical data in an understandable way to non-technical audiences


• Demonstrated project management capabilities to deliver multiple projects on time and on-budget


• Experience with complex customer service, pricing, sales operations, and/or sales


• Experience with monthly reporting metrics, data collection, manipulation & analysis


• Advanced level skills with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo


• Experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx, SQL or SAS, Python


• Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus


• Proven capability to communicate professionally in written and verbal format


• Proven capability to work effectively with all levels of the organization as well as external customers


• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus

Education / Certifications :-

• BA/BS degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Data Science


• BA/BS degree w/4-7+ years’ experience


• MA/MS/MBA degree w/2-5+ years’ experience
