  Developing A/B testing framework and test model quality.

  Performing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.

  Developing automated processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

  Leverage big data to discover patterns and solve strategic business problems using structured and unstructured data sets across multiple environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  

  Degree in Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Economics or related quantitative field.

  
  


• 
  

  3 to 7 years of experience in data mining, and working with and creating data architectures.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in manipulating and combining large datasets from multiple sources.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Good scripting and programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc. will be an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of relational database models

  
  


• 
  

  Experience analyzing data from third party providers e.g. Google Analytics, webtrends, comScore, Twilio, WordPress, AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience visualizing/presenting data using BI tools e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Plotly, D3.js, Datawrapper, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with cloud based HaaS/PaaS solutions such as MS Azure or AWS EMR.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
