Analyse complex data sets and generate meaningful insights to enable business decisioning

Publish regular and ad-hoc (based on need) reports for the management highlighting trends and patterns backed by relevant data

Code complex SQL queries for regular/ adhoc data analysis and prepare excel based reports for sharing data with business teams

Comprehend business requirement to uncover and synthesize logical connections that are not always so clear

Data visualization and report generation using PowerBI or Tableau

Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders and present improvement opportunities

Preparing detailed final analysis reports (PowerPoint) for the stakeholders

Work as partner with business in driving critical KPI improvements

5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years- experience as a data or business analyst.

Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization. 

Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.

Proficient in writing complex SQL queries (non-negotiable)

Advance excel (Complex formulae + VBA + Dashboarding) knowledge (non-negotiable)

Hands-on Power BI /Tableau dashboard development experience (desired)

Ability to deliver on projects (end to end) single-handedly

Ability to work directly with business counterparts to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Strong presentation (PowerPoint) and communication (written and oral) skills

Critical thinker, problem solver, detail oriented, highly self-driven and not instruction seeker
