Job Purpose

We are looking for a seasoned analytics professional who will help us drive the digital banking agenda for the retail bank

Key Result Areas

• Design & develop analytical solutions for digital customer acquisition and digital customer engagement for the Mashreq Retail Bank


• Collaborate with Central teams pertaining to MIS, Risk, Channels, Operations and portfolio for successful roll-out of analytical solutions for digital acquisition, on-boarding & engagement


• Support data requirements for agile program of the digital banking segment


• Single point of contact for all data and analytics requirements for the digital banking segment


• Support design & delivery of descriptive, predictive & prescriptive analytics for the digital banking segment

Candidate must have

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Capacity to communicate at all levels


• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Overall 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics / data science in digital domain (banking or E-com is preferred)

• 6+ years of hands on experience in statistical analysis (clustering, decision tree, regression, network analysis etc

• Prior hands on experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as ANN, SVM, Random Forest, Naïve Bayes etc is preferred

• Experience with common data science toolkits like Python, R & SAS
