We are looking for:

• Proven experience +3 years in a professional environment – preferably technical/IT background and customer service experience.


• Experience +3 years in C# programming.


• Practical knowledge in creating applications in Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET technologies.


• Knowledge of the Visual Studio environment.


• Proven experience in VBA programming.


• MS Access database and SQL query.


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.


• Self-starter, proactive individual with flexible, service and quality oriented approach.


• Stakeholder management experience is required to effectively capture the requirements and manage the delivery of business outcomes.


• An open-minded teammate with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.


• A structured, independent, results-oriented approach and a quick comprehension on complex situations.


• A dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve.


• Development of custom tools build in C# and VBA environment.


• Analyse and design technical solutions and advise on use of the appropriate technology.


• Align created tools to the Credit Suisse Corporate Design guidelines (font, colors, layouts, language conventions).


• Provide creative advice and support to Credit Suisse employees.


• Strongly focus on upholding good customer service skills at all times and adhere to workflow standards.


• Track and ensure deadline that are going to be met.


• Make decisions in regards to the operational jobs in coordination with supervisor if necessary.
