JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to track and monitor performance across the growth organization.
- Drive insights for new growth experiments and better sales enablement by analyzing key indicators across multiple channels.
- Setup and establish new data ways to collect and interpret data at the individual sales lead-level.
- Publish reports, emails and dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis/Data Analytics/Statistics. Preferably within a technology-driven business.
- Data-driven and have the ability to analyse campaign analytics and present performance findings to the team.
- Advanced technical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in R, SQL, Python.
- Experience in a technical Sales Operations role is preferable.
- Preferably some experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Localytics, Appsalar, Amplitude etc.
