What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Collect, clean and organize data, analyze results, and develop recurrent and ad hoc reporting


• Acquire data from varied data sources both internal to GXO and provided by third parties


• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets


• Troubleshoot, optimize and audit existing reporting to maintain integrity


• Provide data visualizations and reporting to convey complex analysis in a digestible fashion


• Understand operational challenges and derive/collect data needed to provide insight to leadership


• Provide actionable reporting to drive operational functions

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 1 year of technical experience with data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques


• Strong knowledge of business intelligence (Tableau, Oracle BI and Power BI), databases and programming (R, Python)


• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s in quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain or Statistics)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy


• Skilled with queries, writing reports and presenting findings


• Understanding of machine learning, data mining and experience in algorithmic program development and coding
