I want to tokenize group of words. For example Data Science is a keyword when i tokenize i will get data and science separately. How to overcome this situation. Is there any library which does these extraction in python?

Usually each Jira ticket for any production support issues consist of some useful information such as:
Error Message
System Involved
Root Cause
Resolution
Time Taken
etc
My company has its own team chat service that supports the Chatbot API in Java / Python / etc. I would like to build the smart chatbot (if not AI) that is smart enough to exchange conversation like this in the chatroom:
DevOps) Hey Jirabot, what do you know about this error message?
Jirabot) Hi there, in which systems did this occur? Can you choose from one of the followings?
System A
System B
DevOps) 1
Jirabot) Right, it looks like following Jira tickets have experienced the similar issues.. please check the following tickets.
Jira-12zx
Jira-52123zz
Jira-vvvbbb
I would like to ask people with experiences in implementing something similar to this or have any... less

I am using the textcat package, which find which among many (say 30) European languages is the one of each text. However, I know my texts are either French or English (or, more generally, a small subset of the langages handled by textcat). How could add this knowledge when calling textcat functions ?Thanks,
I am looking at working on an NLP project, in any programming language (though Python will be my preference).I want to take two documents and determine how similar they are.

I hear a lot of community activity regarding using stanford NLP. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between NLTK and Stanford NLP ? Are they 2 different libraries ? i know that NLTK has an interface to stanford NLP but can anyone throw some light on few basic differences or even more in detail.
Can stanford NLP be used using Python?

At the best probably both are synonymous and can be used interchangeably.
Is that correct? Anybody who has a crystal clarity as to whether these terms have a boundary well defined or can be used interchangeably?
